Emulated unplug is not well-integrated with the PV drivers and tends to cause issues during guest boot and driver installation/removal. Does the current model of unplugging when a PV driver is installed makes sense? Is there a better alternative?
How about a special Xen-branded PCI bus with the appropriate control BARs? Some sort of ACPI interface? Or something else?
What would be a good replacement for xen-platform-pci on Xen PVH?
